MR. SYED ARSHAD RAZA

Syed Arshad Raza is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience in IT infrastructure, automotive distribution, and corporate management. He holds Bachelor’s Degree from Karachi University and a PGD in Computer Science, 1987. Arshad has completed numerous professional courses in telecom, networking, and business management from esteemed institutions worldwide.

Since 1998, he has been the CEO and Director of Premier Systems Pvt. Ltd., a leading IT infrastructure provider in Pakistan, representing global tech giants like Dell, HP, Microsoft, Vertiv, Juniper and Cisco. Under his leadership, Premier Systems expanded its operations and diversified its portfolio, becoming the official importer and distributor of Audi in Pakistan in 2005. Arshad also serves as the CEO of Premier Motors Ltd., overseeing automotive CKD assembly project.

In addition to his automotive ventures, Arshad is the Chairman of Avanza Premier Payment Services Ltd.,(Payfast)  a digital payment solutions provider licensed by SBP, and Premier Codes Pvt. Ltd. (D-code), a mobile phone assembly and sales company. He also manages Premier Systems FZ-LLC, the sole importer of Audi for Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

Arshad’s extensive experience includes serving as a board member of Cnergyico PK Limited (till 2023), Pakistan’s largest oil refining complex. His leadership continues to drive innovation and growth across multiple industries. He is also an active member of the Karachi Golf Club and Karachi Boat Club.
